WHAT IS IT? 

Passaconclave is our Lodge’s biggest weekend purely for fun, fellowship, and amazing trainings on how to grow as an Arrowman. With informative sessions, inter-chapter and Lodge wide competitions, time to socialize, and, of course, ROOTBEER, Passaconclave is a weekend you won’t want to miss. 

Lodge elections will also happen on that Sunday, so come to help cast your vote for our Lodge leadership! 

WHERE AND WHEN IS IT? 

Passaconclave will be held at Hidden Valley Scout Camp from October 16-18, 2026. 

WHO CAN GO? 

Passaconclave is open to any and all Arrowmen in Passaconaway Lodge, and all are encouraged to attend, whether you’ve been in the Lodge for years or just completed your Ordeal.  Veterans and new members can find activities for them, from trainings that teach you about the Lodge and the OA, to how to develop their chapter, and even fun life skills.

This is an amazing event to branch out and meet new people in the Lodge!
