Committees are the functional basis of Order of the Arrow lodges. Passaconaway runs several committees listed below. Every member of the lodge should be a member of at least one committee. If you are interested in joining a committee please fill out the Committee Interest Form. If you are an adult who would like to advise a committee, you can fill out the form or contact the lodge adviser.

American Indian Affairs
Chairman: Vacant Adviser: Anita Creager
Advises on the proper use of Native American Themes and customs in Lodge Activities and recruits members to participate in the Lodge/Chapter Dance Teams and other Native American Events.

Lodge Leadership Development
Chairman: Aidan Adviser: Kim Gilmore
Plans the Lodge conference to build members’ leadership and job-specific skills, coordinates continued leadership training throughout the year, and supports lodge and chapter leadership.

Chairman: Vacant Adviser: Vacant
Coordinates dues, helps lodge meets membership quotas for the lodge, supports chapters in unit elections, and helps administer lodge awards. Supports the chapter-unit link and works with chapters to develop the troop representative program. Performs office duties related to membership and dues.

Chairman: Brayden  Adviser: Vacant
Develops and maintains lodge websites and social media accounts, support chapter communication, promotes participation in OA events and activities, and communicates information from other committees to lodge membership.

Oversees the planning and implementation of lodge events outside of the Ordeal Weekends.  Stays up to date on all Section, Region, and National events and communicates those opportunities to the lodge. 

Chairman: John Adviser: Vacant
Plans and administers successful induction weekends in accordance with the Guide to Inductions and is responsible for the Ordeal induction process. Ceremony teams, Elangomats, and Brotherhood committees operate under this committee

Chairman: Nathan Adviser: Vacant
Stays up to date with all National branding guidelines and reports changes to the lodge.  Designs patches and other promotional materials for lodge events.  Assists Communications and Trading Post committees with graphics. 

Trading Post
Chairman: Vacant Adviser: Erin Crowley
Runs the Black Bear Trading Post at Lodge events as well as some Section and Council events and keeps an up-to-date inventory of all items and orders more when needed.  Promotes items for sale and oversees the lodges Mug Club. 

Chairman: Ian Adviser: Mike Fraser
Works with Council Camps before lodge service weekends to plan and lead service projects throughout camp.  Works in conjunction with the Communications committee to promote work projects to members before the event.
